Welcome to Industrial Specialty Montgomery
As an industrial specialty for our physical therapy facility, PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services is a return-to-work oriented provider. Studies now reflect a window from 4 weeks to 4 months as a critical benchmark where risks of long-term incapacity increase substantially1. Hence, the relationship between referral source, local industry, and the clinician is a crucial component in the critical task of returning an injured employee to work safely as well as in an efficient time frame1.
