Director of Community Affairs
Earning her MA in Adult and Community Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (2000) and BA in Liberal Arts from West Virginia University (1990), Shelly’s career spans over 20 years in the marketing industry. She began her PHOENIX tenure in 1997 and later promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Sales in 2008. More recently, she acts as the company’s Director of Community Affairs.
Throughout this time, Shelly has been instrumental in successfully establishing the Company’s brand identity through the development of marketing and public relations initiatives, advertising, digital, and social media strategies. Additionally, she implemented a sales program and guided the alignment of Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
Presently, she is responsible for driving organic and non-organic growth thru developing and maintaining brand awareness; public relations; and marketing and sales initiatives for the Company’s corporate and field-based strategic plans.
