With more than 21 years of healthcare (technical and operational), A/R leadership experience and 13 years of accounting experience, Christine has extensive knowledge across all areas of the revenue cycle and revenue cycle systems. Her strengths include system conversions, optimization, root cause analysis, and designing workflow as well as providing support, direction, and education to the entire revenue cycle operations. Christine’s focus is on service, efficiency, and employee development which she believes is essential to business success. Christine has a very diverse healthcare background to include Home Health, Acute Inpatient Rehab, Critical Access Hospitals, as well as Acute Care Hospitals. She was formerly a Software Engineer programming Home Health Care financial software for Siemens and was most recently a Revenue Cycle Systems Director at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh.
Christine is a Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE) and a former Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM). She sits on the Board of Directors of the Three Rivers Chapter of AAHAM (American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management) currently as the Education Chair and incoming President of the Board for the 2020-2021 election period.
