Occupational Health Rehabilitation takes a comprehensive approach to treating work-related injuries. At PHOENIX, we believe it is important to understand the occupational health and safety needs of both the patient and the industry employing the injured worker. At our occupational health centers, patients are scheduled within a 24-48 hour window with treatment commencing immediately following the evaluation.
Our occupational health and safety specialists are educated on the treatment of work-related injuries which is essential in maintaining open lines of communication with employers, physicians, and nurse case managers. We encourage injured workers to take an active role in their rehabilitation, which fosters patient motivation and quick but safe recovery. Our occupational medicine services emphasize active treatment such as exercise and functional tasks as opposed to passive treatment. Trust PHOENIX for all your employee health services.

Welcome to Industrial Specialty Montgomery
As an industrial specialty for our physical therapy facility, PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services is a return-to-work oriented provider. Studies now reflect a window from 4 weeks to 4 months as a critical benchmark where risks of long-term incapacity increase substantially1. Hence, the relationship between referral source, local industry, and the clinician is a crucial component in the critical task of returning an injured employee to work safely as well as in an efficient time frame1. 1 Orthopaedic Section-APTA, (2011) Guideline: Occupational Health Physical Therapy: Advanced Work Rehabilitation Guidelines Learn how you can take advantage of our Montgomery location’s Industrial Specialty services...
