COMING SOON – New Physical Therapy Care Options – In-home Outpatient Therapy and Telehealth (Virtual)

We are committed to providing our patients with the physical therapy care they need even during unprecedented times. While in-clinic physical therapy is always the most effective care option, we know you may not feel comfortable leaving your home in light of COVID-19. PHOENIX is expanding our care options in several clinics to provide you with two alternatives:

In-Home Outpatient Therapy

One-on-one care for skilled supervision and progression of treatment, including hands-on care with limited availability of therapeutic equipment. We can provide In-Home Outpatient Therapy to current patients that have already started a therapy program with PHOENIX.

Telehealth (Virtual) Therapy

Telehealth Therapy is one-on-one care for skilled supervision and progression of treatment for current patients that have already started a therapy program with PHOENIX.

Call your local PHOENIX clinic to see if they are offering these new care options. Schedule your next appointment to decrease your symptoms, increase mobility and restore physical well-being.

Upcoming & Past Travel Guidelines

More information about these levels can be found by visiting the Center for Disease Control’s website: https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices
