Facility Director

Location - Hughesville

Physical Therapist Assistant

Location - Scottdale / Mt. Pleasant

We are searching for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team in our Scottdale / Mt. Pleasant facility.  The ideal candidate will be able to travel between the Scottdale, Latrobe, and Greensburg areas.

Primary responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment for treatment and assisting the Physical Therapist with selected procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

– To practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant consistent with the American Physical Therapy Associate Code of Ethics.
– Maintain a patient treatment schedule consistent with the needs of the facility.
– Confer with the person(s) most closely associated with the active management of the patient, keeping them informed of additional patient needs, treatment modifications and/or progress.
– Aid in the care and safety of patients.
– Prepare equipment for patient treatments as requested by the Physical Therapist.
– Assist the Physical Therapist in selected procedures, according to the PT’s directions, by checking patient and equipment during treatment for both comfort and safety.
– Perform housekeeping duties; maintain order and cleanliness throughout the facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

– Associate degree in physical therapy or graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Indirect license preferred.
– Current CPR certification.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience within a Physical Therapy facility, nursing home or rehabilitation agency preferred.
– Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
– Must possess an understanding of confidentiality and discretion.

Technical Support Analyst

Location - Corporate Headquarters

We are in search of a candidate to join our exceptional team of employees full-time, in the role of Technical Support Analyst  at the Company headquarters in Blairsville, PA.   Under the direction of the Vice President of Technology, this position will be responsible for providing technical user support as well as hardware configuration and deployment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

– Provide main point of contact for technical support for all levels of the organization.
– Prioritize and appropriately escalate issues to assure timely problem resolution. Carry out fact-finding and analysis of problems; determine most effective problem resolution procedures.  Suggests, tests, implements, and evaluates solutions.
– Provide detailed documentation of all configurations, changes, incidents, and problems.
– Remotely support pc workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, network issues.
– Repair hardware as necessary and work closely with service vendors to ensure continuity of service.
– Recommend changes in software and hardware to improve computer capabilities.
– Configure and deploy workstations, printers, scanners, and networking equipment in multiple states.
– Travel to remote locations as necessary.
– Use help desk software to document incidents, solutions, changes, and service catalog items.
– Monitor operations of in-house data hosting environment and processes.
– Understand and apply security principles, especially healthcare related regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

– Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
– 2 – 5 years of experience, within a corporate environment, preferably healthcare related.
– Experience with Windows 7, 8.1, 10; technical certifications a plus.
