QUALITY PATIENT CARE...
"I have specialized in the treatment of hand, wrist, and elbow injuries for over 10 years. I attend continuing education courses on a regular basis to keep updated on new techniques and procedures. The types of injuries to the hand, wrist, and elbow that I have treated are inclusive of but not limited to fractures, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendon lacerations, nerve damage, crush injuries, infections, arthritis, wound care, and joint replacements. Treatment may be conservative in effort in order to prevent surgical intervention or post-surgical rehab."

"Every patient's treatment plan is individualized depending on his or her diagnosis and the personal needs required of his or her daily activities. My primary goal for each patient is to maximize healing and functional performance."

As well as bringing Massage Therapy services to the Mt. Pleasant office, Melanie continues her role in PHOENIX as a Clinical Secretary and Physical Therapy Aide. She believes as a massage therapist your education is never over. The mastery of a skilled massage therapist comes only with years of practice and continued learning. Melanie feels she has the benefit of both; working in an environment of skilled co-workers who continuously challenge her, and the opportunity to take continuing education courses. Melanie resides in Mt. Pleasant with her children and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
