Amber joined the PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services, Inc. team in April 2004 as a staff Physical Therapist at the Portage office. She has been involved the practice of Physical Therapy for 2 years with experience in a variety of settings including Home health, Acute care, Inpatient rehabilitation, Outpatient care and Long-term care. Outside of the office, Amber enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Currently, she resides in Portage with her husband Matthew.
