Founder's Message

PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services, Inc. was created in 1997 to be the type of health care company of which we, as founders, would be proud. In addition, we envisioned that it would become a successful entity in the healthcare industry. As five physical therapists rising from the ashes and striving to achieve this goal, we looked upon our knowledge and experience to develop a company that provided the best care we could imagine. At all times, our guiding principal is the needs of our patients. Our focus is on the care of each patient, retaining highly experienced and motivated therapists who consistently apply the latest techniques and procedures.

We pride ourselves on the customer-centered approach from start to finish.  From the convenience of extended business hours for appointments to the professional and friendly customer care representatives in our billing department, we treat each patient like we would expect to be treated - with the utmost respect. The clinics themselves are open and inviting, creating a warm and friendly environment.  Our therapists deliver "hands-on" care, personally treating patients during their entire recovery process.  In fact, patients will see the same therapist each visit, whereby establishing a patient-therapist relationship that often lasts beyond the rehab experience.  Timely reporting and communications with referring physicians, coupled with our skilled physical therapy care, promote effective and rapid recovery. We work together with our patients to help them return quickly to their pain free, active lifestyles.
