David joined the PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services,
Inc. team in May 2012 and presently serves as Facility
Director and lead physical therapist for PRHS's outpatient
physical therapy facility in Hamburg. Here, he has been
an integral part of the overall development and growth of the
newest PRHS location.
David's clinical expertise focuses on generalized outpatient
rehab including the development of clinical applications for
restoration, maintenance, and promotion of optimal physical
function for a disperse outpatient and post-operative
patient population.
Currently, he resides in the Shoemakersville area with his wife,
Patty and children, Gabriella and Joshua. Outside of the
office, he enjoys many outdoor activities including: camping,
kayaking, biking, jogging, and hiking. And staying true to
his roots in Western Pennsylvania, David is an
avid Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates fan.
David is a member of the Bridge Church and is a USNR veteran
of the Persian Gulf War where he served as a Hospital Corpsman and
PT Technician.
