We are located at 21 South Pine Street; across from the Elverson Post Office and very near to the intersection of Routes 82 and 23.

Dan has been involved with PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services, Inc. since the initial growth phases of the company. Dan is an active member of the community who also enjoys outdoor activities as well as sports outside of the office. He and his wife, Cory, currently reside in Reading with their five children: Cortney, Kelsey, Sheadan, Cameron and Makenna.
