Physical Therapist

John joined the PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services Team in May 2004 as Facility Director and Physical Therapist of the newly constructed Bellwood-Bellmeade Facility. His clinical experience includes a variety of settings including outpatient physical therapy, inpatient acute care and long-term care. He has been involved in physical therapy practice in the Blair County area for over five years. Currently, John resides with his wife Jeanine in Altoona, PA.

"I am completely dedicated to providing professional, personalized care in a timely and efficient manner. Following a formal evaluation, an individualized treatment program will be designed and implemented for the patient. Once the patient has met all of his/her outlined goals, education will be provided on how patients can continue to experience a healthy lifestyle and avoid possible injury reoccurrence."
