Susan joined the PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services, Inc. team in April 2006. She was instrumental in the development leading to the opening of her clinic located in the Bellefonte area. Serving as Facility Director and Physical Therapist, Susan’s expertise lies in the treatment of orthopedic problems, post-surgical conditions, and spinal problems as well as sport and work injuries. Outside of the office Susan enjoys traveling, camping, and watching her children compete in sports. She resides in the Bellefonte area with her husband Todd and daughters Melissa and Kaitlyn.

Jessica joined the PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services’ team in February 2009 as a staff physical therapist at the Bellefonte outpatient facility. Her clinical experience includes the evaluation and treatment of a wide variety of conditions including orthopedic,       sports-related and work-related injuries as well as pre-/post-surgical conditions. Currently, Jessica resides in Bellefonte.

“I believe that physical therapy should be focused on the patient and his or her specific goals. As a physical therapist, it is my role to treat each patient as an individual, using a holistic approach in order to achieve these goals. To complete the rehabilitation process, educating patients about their injury allows for optimal clinical outcomes and helps them to avoid future injuries.”

Michele joined the PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services, Inc. team in 2007.
Michele is an active member in the community providing information, along with tips and ideas on injury prevention and care. Michele’s passion lies in the treatment of orthopedic and neurological hand injuries. Outside of the
office Michele enjoys watching her children play sports, traveling, camping, ATV/motorcycle riding, and watching her favorite sport of gymnastics. She resides in her home town of Bellefonte with her husband Jason and her two sons, Nate and Mitchel.

"It's all about the patients. Helping people regain function and seeing the results are
rewarding. My experiences include inpatient rehabilitation, home health, acute care, and outpatient (including hand clinic practice). I am a strong believer in providing quality care, taking a holistic approach, and using functional rehab to meet the needs of each individual. In order to achieve good outcomes, I am willing to learn new treatment interventions and apply
