David D. Watson is founder of the Phoenix Rehabilitation and serves as the company's President and Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Watson works full-time for the company.  He is a graduate of University of California, Davis, BS 1977 and Duke University, MS 1979. Mr. Watson is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association.  He is a licensed physical therapist in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.  Prior to founding the company, Mr. Watson served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Northstar Health Services, Inc. (NSTR) from 1996 until 1997, and he was also a member of its Board of Directors.  He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Keystone Rehabilitation Systems, Inc. from 1995-1996.  He has started two other rehabilitation businesses, one business with a location in St. Thomas and in St. Croix, Rehabilitation Services of the Virgin Islands, and another one in Illinois, Midwest Rehabilitation Management. Mr. Watson received a National Board certification in Electrophysiology in 1989.

Kimberly Koshinsky is a co-founder of PHOENIX and is employed full-time as Vice President of Finance.  She has a BS in Physical Therapy and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh.  Ms. Koshinsky is a licensed physical therapist in Pennsylvania with over 30 years of experience in the physical therapy field.  As a clinician, she specialized in outpatient rehabilitation & orthopedics.  As a Facility Director for Keystone Rehabilitation Systems, she started a clinic in Natrona Heights and built it to become one of that company's most successful outpatient clinics.  In 1997 she joined Phoenix as a co-founder and Facility Director of the company's first standalone clinic during the company's startup phase during 1997-98. In that position she also gained experience in opening and expanding numerous facilities and organizing contractual relationships during the company's rapid expansion phase. In 2003 the Board appointed Ms. Koshinsky to the position of VP of Finance.  Progressing through that function she is presently responsible for the company's financial reporting function, billing and reimbursement, and corporate-wide administrative services, including benefits management, accounting and human resources.  She also serves as a member of the company's compensation and audit committees.  She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association.

Nicholas H. Johnson is a member of the corporation's Board of Directors and was instrumental in the start up of PHOENIX.  Mr. Johnson was a President's and State Scholar and graduate of the University of California with a BA in Liberal Arts.  As a California native, he was Vice President of the Folsom Chamber of Commerce, a City of Folsom Planning Commissioner, and a Rotarian.  He and Mr. Watson are former owners of Midwest Rehabilitation Management, a company that provided rehabilitation and physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to clients in nursing homes and freestanding therapy clinics in central Illinois.  Mr. Johnson has extensive experience as the managing partner of Midwest Rehabilitation Management whose duties included opening new clinics, hiring clinicians, policies and procedures, marketing, physician referral, general ledger, Medicare and workers compensation guidelines and insurance reimbursement issues.  Mr. Johnson is a non employee member of the PHOENIX Board of Directors who lives in Florida and has been a real estate broker since 2003.

S. Michael Streib is a member of the corporation's Board of Directors.  Professor Streib holds a B.A. from Ursinus College, a M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh, and a J.D. from Duquesne University.  His experience includes two years as a senior tax accountant for Arthur Andersen & Co. in Washington, D.C., three years as a detective with the White Collar Crime Unit of the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office, and two years as a law clerk for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.  Professor Streib currently practices out of his own law firm and is a tenured Law Professor at Duquesne University's School of Law, where he has taught as a member of the faculty for over 25 years.  As a Duquesne law professor, he also serves as Director of Trial Practice and as coach and advisor to the trial moot court teams, several of which have gained national standing in various trial competitions.  Professor Streib also serves as Counsel to the company.

Jacalyn A. Stitt is employed full time as the Director of Financial Services, joining PHOENIX in 2000. She is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Accounting. After successful completion of the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination, she chose to continue working in private industry. Ms. Stitt has extensive experience in the financial arena of physical therapy private practice, having been in the field since 1987. She is responsible for the company's financial reporting function, as well as the management of accounting, human resources, and treasury services. She serves as a member of the company's finance and compensation committees. Ms. Stitt is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
