PROFESSIONAL PHILOSOPHY...
"The Therapist's duty is to create a caring passionate environment where the therapist and patient can work together.
This relationship can only be effective if the two members can freely and openly communicate with each other.
The Therapist is obligated to keep abreast of current treatment techniques and medical
research in order to provide the patient with the most effective and efficient means to achieve his or her goals."
PATIENT CARE PHILOSOPHY...
"I feel a therapist's role is as a teacher and a motivator.
It is the job of the therapist to create an individualized program for each patient and to
motivate the patient to seek a role in his or her rehabilitation. The therapist combines the information gained from the patient with the
knowledge gained from prior clinical experience, continuing education courses and background knowledge to create a comprehensive program.
The patient and therapist work together toward goals, which are agreed upon and achieved through an individualized plan.
A comprehensive plan includes hands-on skilled care provided by the therapist with patient education and a home exercise program individually designed for each patient."

PROFESSIONAL PHILOSOPHY...
“As a therapist
it is so important to listen to your patient, look at the
whole person, and work with them to achieve both your goals
and theirs in a comfortable and caring atmosphere.”
PATIENT CARE PHILOSOPHY...
“In order to
best serve each patient’s specific needs, a therapist has to
really listen to the patient and physician, perform a
thorough evaluation, develop specific goals agreed upon by
the therapist and patient, and design a program to attain
these goals. A therapist draws upon their education,
continuing education , and past clinical experiences to
plan, assess, reassess, and modify treatments in order to
best restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and
re-establish a patient’s prior level of functioning. The
patient must also receive education in the form of a
comprehensive home exercise program, their disease process,
and prevention.”

"I have recommended the facility to doctors and friends."
